The Office is located in the center of NICE (06000), 49 boulevard Victor Hugo, near the public parkings MASSENA, PALMIERA, LE LOUVRE and MOZART, and near the tramway station ALSACE LORRAINE (line 2).
The Office handles all legal matters, but is particularly active in real estate and family law. A special department is dedicated to real estate development and managed property, such as student housing, retirement home and care facility for dependent elderly people (EHPAD).
The Office’s clients includes customers include individuals, promoters and public institutions.
We meet all your needs and expectations reactively, while ensuring the legal compliance you are entitled to expect.
Located in the center of NICE, the Office is in a a three-storey building and equipped with videoconferencing, allowing deed electronical signature.
The notaries and their nineteen employees are at your service from Monday to Friday, and most of them speak foreign languages including English, Italian or German.
Founded in 1964 by Maître Roger Jean ROUGHOL, the Office was then headquartered in NICE, 18 boulevard François Grosso.
In 1977, Maître François ROQUES joined the Office. After Maître Patrick-Joël POSTILLON joined in 1983, the Office moved to 27 rue Rossini where Maître Max OUAKNINE joined the firm in 1986,
Maître Carol DOMENGE was appointed associate in 1994, followed by Maître François-Régis PUJOL and Maître Denis THURET in 1998.
In 2002, Maître Corinne ALPINI, Maître Franco BUCCERI and Maître Xavier CAFLERS were appointed associates.
The Office's last associate, Maître Vincent SAUVAGE, was appointed in 2006.
Maître Max OUAKNINE retired in 2008 and Maître Patrick-Joël POSTILLON left the Office in 2012.
At the end of 2013, the Office moved to its current location at 49 boulevard Victor Hugo.
Maître Corinne ALPINI left the Office in January 2017.
In August 2017, Maître François-Régis PUJOL and Maître Denis THURET retired.
